Why Tim?
With more than 18 years experience with Homestead Mortgage and as a commercial Realtor, I have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and lending markets . Additionally, I am a certified public accountant which gives me an added dimension when advising my clients about mortgage products.
I have been with Homestead for 12 years, assuming the role of president in 1999. I receive mortgage loan business from my network of professionals (i.e. realtors, financial planners, accountants, relocation companies, etc. ) and from my previous clients, their friends, their families, and their colleagues.
